What happens after your request?
- We review your question. Sometimes we need extra information about your organisation, scope or planning.
- We discuss the next step. This can be an explanation or a proposal for contact with a specialist. A suitable provider is not available for every question.
- You decide. We only share your request with your consent: per introduction, or in advance via the tick box in the form (maximum 3 specialists). You agree any paid services directly with the provider.

Frequently asked questions
Is requesting help free?
Yes. You do not pay Normwijzer for this request. Coaching, training or an independent assessment can cost money. The provider discusses the work and price with you before you place an order.
I do not know yet which standard I need. Can I still ask a question?
Yes. In the form, choose “I don’t know yet” and “Determining what my organisation needs”. You do not need to have chosen a standard, budget or start date yet.
Can the same party advise and certify?
These are different roles. An adviser can help you prepare and implement. An independent assessor carries out the relevant audit, inspection or assurance engagement. Tell us what type of help you are looking for, so we can keep those roles apart in your request. Also read how to choose a certification body.
Can I just read on myself?
Certainly. Our knowledge articles remain freely accessible. You do not need to submit a request to read a step-by-step plan, checklist or cost overview.
